Atwood furnace no firing up.

Good afternoon all;

I got he following problem. I have power for the furnace at the the fuse panel, at the furnace itself and at the thermostat. AC and fan are working.

The furnace blower however is not starting up. What am I missing?

Did you check the thermostat?
clean and check the furnace vent, if not protected with a screen, wasp nests.
Sail switch may be stuck and that safety feature will keep it from lighting.
No LP pressure? did you purge the lines before trying?
Some have a fuse in the furnace
If the furnace has power and LP did you check that it is getting a signal from the thermostat?

Plugged or very dirty filter or heat outlet?
There is more but I can't remember them, add your model number and others can help.

The RV is a 2015 Eagle-HT 295-BHDS
The furnace is a Atwood AFMD30121_A

Propane is working for the rest of the RV (2 filled up 30ies installed).

There is power to the thermostat (a Coleman Mach), otherwise the can / AC would not be working.

Check to see if the fuse in the thermostat is ok. There is a 2 amp slow blow fuse behind the face plate. Check for a bad fuse in the fuse box. If there is a blown fuse most of the time there is a red LED light telling you which one is bad.

This search got 3 youtubes on troubleshooting. Also an exploded view that shows where the breaker and sail switch are. Also, has parts list showing 10 amp breaker and a control board, sail switch and burner assembly.

Thank you for all the reply's. It appears that the culprit was the sail switch.
AGAIN. This one was replaced last fall. Fortunately I had a spare on hand.

Now I just have to slide the whole furnace assembly back into it's spot and reconnect the vents and outlets.

I had to take the sail switch out of mine over the weekend and straighten the sail. I am going to order another one to keep on hand for the next time. I wish there was a aftermarket part that would provide the same safety, but a better component.
