Question Auto Leveling Control touch Pad

We took delivery of our Eagle HT 24 RE last spring. Our driveway is not level and when the trailer is parked, I have to raise the front by about a foot to make it level. I do not use the auto level. We trying to hitch the trailer I lower the front to the hitch height by pressing the down arrow to lower the front and retract the jacks. The unit comes down to a certain point and stop, showing a malfunction and a yellow light. I can remove the light by pressing retract all, but canot lower the unit any further with the down arrow. It will only lower by pressing the retract all button. Any idea as to why this happens? Thanks in advance for any explanation and regards to all. P.C.

The documentation says LCI 3.0 Leveling System. The touch pad doesn't have a screen so it's likely the basic touch pad. When I visit the LCI site for instruction manual, I can't see my pad.The one shown has a screen. My trailer also has the BMPro Contro; tablet.

I got the same cheap annoying touch pad on our 28.5RSTS. No screen. Make sure you got good battery power when you do anything with the level system. LCI is pretty good to talk to on the phone the number is 432-547-7378

I have had this experience as well on our Pinnacle as our driveway is not level either. You should be able to manually lower the front jacks using the One Control app on your phone, or the touchpad in your camper. Let me know if this works. If not, a call to LCI would be the next move.

Another trick i learned to do when I had a stuck jack was to disconnect both harnesses going to one of the jack motors and then reconnect them. The easiest ones to do this to are the ones up front in the propane compartments
This solved the stuck jack issue.
