You have to run them up manually, on top of each Jack there will be a 3/8 or a 1/2 knots, though I think it's a 1/2 so take a 1/2 drive ratchet and back them up. Then they all should work, you might not have to take them all the way just half way, it's call homing but try that and let us know how it come out.
As a last ditch effort; I have had to pop the bezel off the panel and then carefully take the LCI off its holder and then carefully unplug the LCI, wait 10-15sce and then reverse the procedure and then turn it back on.
2X on Big1 for the manual ops.

Have you try any yet? Interesting to see what take care of it, I hate problem like these.
We had Anderson buckets attached...the center ones were not going up...seemed like all the weight was on the center ones...we eventually un hooked then did auto level again ... while it was auto leveling and center ones raised a bit we took off buckets...then the jacks all worked properly and we were ok...we are newbies to fifth wheel...always had pull behind with no auto level...FYI... panel inside would not let us manually retract them....????
