Auto levelling

My auto levelling only works from the app on my phone cannot get it to work properly from the controller on the RV any suggestions

I would suggest calling Lippert customer support. I have had a good response dealing with them for questions on the 3.0 system.

I assume you turned the exterior panel on by pressing the up and down arrows at the same time? The led will turn green when on. Red for a fault, which you clear from the app or touch screen inside.

Been a long time, so I don't recall. It should show up on the leveling part of the app. Should be able to clear it on the touch panel inside the unit.

It's very strange it works perfectly when I use the app on my phone when I use the touchpad it won't level. Going to hook it backup and then try and level it again from the touchpad and see if I get an error code on the phone thank you.
