Awning Frame

My awning frame will not completely close; top goes in, but not bottom. Attached is a picture showing the frame out at the bottom. Replaced strut, but no change. Have put level on all frame pieces and found nothing bent. I'm at a loss as to what could be causing this.

I have not seen that one before. Every year I need to clean the rails and spray a dry lube on them. this allows the awning to open and close nicely. Most people use spray silicone on the rails, so the components slide across each other nicely.

x2 I'm going to look at mine and see what, if anything could cause that.
