Awning light is on and won’t go off

I pulled in to a new campsite and extended my awning and noticed the light under the awning was on. I check the control panel and the switch was off. It seems to be stuck on. Any suggestions? I have a 2017 Jayco Eagle 321RSTS.

If your trailer has a remote control, try turning them off with the remote.
I had the same exact thing happen this past weekend. My trailer has a remote and if you use it to open the slides, turn on the awning light, put threatening out, etc.. it has to be undone off the remote too.
My buddy was fooling around with my remote and turned on my awning lights. I went to turn them off and my switch was already off. I remembered he was playing with the remote and I was able to turn them off using the remote

Thank you so much. I seldom use my remote, but we were in a tight campsite with trees close on either side so I used the remote. It was in my pocket for a while and I must have bumped the lights. Problem solved. Thank you again.

Another quick way is to turn the 12v kill switch off and on. That's faster than messing with the app.

This happened to me on our trip this spring. I had accidentally wrecked the remote screen and the LCD is now bad, although worked partially. I was playing with the lights/jacks while inside with the remote, then the remote LCD stopped working, forever. The touch buttons on the remote stille worked but I couldn't see any of the icons.

I used the images in the manual to find approximately where the buttons were and was able to get the lights off!

Did you know replacement remotes are almost $300? dang.
