awning seam - (Northpoint)

So the awning on my dining slide has a seam coming apart. It is the seam closest to the camper. It has been like that for a couple months but i guess i need to do something about it before the 2year warranty is up. Anybody else have this happen?

When is the 2year warranty up? From the time you purchased the unit or from when it rolled off the line? I would think it would be from the time you purchased it.....

We had the same thing happen but was within the first couple months after delivery on our Pinnacle. Split was about ten inches. It was a defective seam between two panels. I sent a picture and width to dealer and they ordered and replaced under warranty. If you have the factory installed LED light strip under the awning be sure and call this to the attention of the dealer so they will order the correct panel.
