Baggage door seals and door insulation

The seals on my front baggage door are missing on the sides for some unknown reason. I can see water pouring in there when we're going down the road in the rain and the tires are kicking up water. Does anyone know a good replacement and source?

Also, the baggage doors are pretty thin. Has anyone insulated them with foam block insulation or something similar for cool weather camping?

You could try Challenger Door. I had to replace the seals on my two large storage doors because the seals weren't installed correctly. Found this guy who helped me get the issue resolved.
