Bal exact slide problems

I have a 2021 Jayco Eagle 319 MLOK with a Bal Exact cable slide in kitchen, my problem is the rear end of side travels in and out quicker than the front of slide which causes it to get cocked in opening and tripping the automatic resetting breaker, at that point you have to unplug motor #2 from control board and use the flex drive to run slide rest of way out or in. Anyone else have this happen is there a way to sync these two motors?

I don't have an answer, but the kitchen Bal Exact cable slide in my 321RSTS is a bit slower at the back. Have to keep the button depressed a couple seconds after the front has reached the end-point for the back to catch up (both ext & ret). Fortunately it hasn't caused any binding issues yet. Hoping someone may have some info - my research hasn't found an answer yet.

Thanks for reply mine has always been slower at the front by any a inch difference but now on three different times it’s been much more. I called BAL tech support they said up to a inch is ok. They said it could be binding, dealer can’t look at it till December we are supposed to winter in Florida Jan,Feb & March. Was hoping someone else had this problem and a answer.

My Dealer was able to get me in early (Great Dealer) they tried replacing the motor control board but that didn’t help they then replaced front motor that took care of problem. Slide travels open and close at same speed and finish together.

Mine is exactly the same slower in back by about an inch.
According to BAL that's within spec.

Try watching some of HillbillyRV on YouTube. Kenny has done repairs on them in a few videos. If you don’t see anything, Kenny is usually quick with responses to comments. Good luck.
