Bathroom fan turns on randomly

We have a 2020 Jayco Eagle FW. Our bathroom fan has begun to randomly turn on. And this last time it won’t turn off. We have to flip the breaker which makes our BR lights not work of course. Any help with what the deal is?

What breaker are you flipping. Lights and fan is 12 volts on fuses. No breakers. Breakers are 120 volts. Bathroom fan has a vent switch. Vent must be open for fan to run.

Are they fans with a thermostat? My MaxxAir turns itself on and off as needed.

How would the fan know what is needed. It is not controled by the furnace or A/C. That's a new one on me.

There is a built in thermostat in the unit.

You are way behind the times. Our 08 SENECA had a thermo controlled fan by FANTASTIC FAN and they are also available from other companies. Set the thermo, it opened, ran and when would shut down when temp went down.
