Bathroom sink

So we have a 2018 pinnacle 36KPTS, we have a leak under our bathroom sink, tiny vanity, how do we even get under there and get to the leak which I can feel is coming from right underneath the faucet. My husband’s kind of a big man he can’t fit under there, I can barely get in there. And you can’t see anything because sinks in the way.

Get a mechanic's extendable mirror and a flashlight or a small plumber.

You can pick up a faucet wrench for about $10 at Home Depot. It will make tightening the nuts a whole lot easier! You might also want to consider cutting the water lines and putting "Shark Bite" shut-off valves on; then add a standard faucet water line. The shut-off valves make it a lot easier when you have to replace the faucet. (And believe me . . . sooner or later, you will!)

Does it seem to leak when you flush the black tank. most models have the black tank back flow preventer under the sink and there made of plastic and usually fail.

When I last changed the faucet on mine, I disconnected the drain and slipped a small putty knife around the sink and was able to lift it up enough to remove the faucet. From there the new faucet was added. You could check everything before reattaching the sink with sealant. I used clear sealant and allowed it to set before reconnecting the drains.

No it’s a continuous drip under the sink, looks like coming from hot water side. Have a call in to see about someone coming over, husbands trying to get in there to see if he can do anything first..
