Got all four of mine installed. Am less than thrilled with the mounting method Jayco provides. I’m going to install some 1x1 strips on the sides and in between the batteries so there is less room to move around.

I have been told that if the rig has no batteries from the factory, the delivery company provides a small battery to activate the emergency brakes. It is not part of the rig when delivered.

That said, I may have paid for batteries but on the 2 new rigs I have purchased, one had a single and the 2nd had 2 batteries installed, I never saw a bill for them or a added option for them.
