Battery Configuration
2020 Northpoint with 4 batteries. Cleaning the battery compartment because acid was leaking from battery. I need the Configuration for the batteries. I should have taken a picture. Lol. I have 2 negative cables and 2 positive cables. Thanks!

You want to connect the batteries in Parallel. Here is a diagram...

Thanks, but I have 2 negative and 2 positive cables coming in from the camper. I understand negative to negative and positive to positive . Was not sure if it makes any difference which cable from camper went to a certain battery

Just make sure the negative and positive from a single battery go to the camper.

Are they 4 6-volt batteries or 4 12-volt batteries? Makes a BIG difference in how you want them wired.

Interesting. Wondering why you have 2 12-volt feeds - possibly one bank for a power inverter and the second bank for the rest of the house?
Assuming you didn't disconnect from the circuit breakers, I'd use an ohm-meter between the circuit breakers and the cables checking for continuity to see which cable set goes with each other.
After that, one set of cables to two batteries in parallel and the other set to the other two batteries connected in parallel. (At least it makes sense to my Polish-Italian brain)

So both positives would go on the same post as the single, same for the grounds. As you stated probably the Inverter feed or geny start if he has that option as well as the feed to the fuse panel. That's how our 08 SENECA was set up.

Was just looking at a new unit on line and saw exactly what you mention and was coming back to post.
Grumpy is 100% correct - both reds on positive, both blacks on negative. Should have thought about that on my own. You probably would have found the error in my thinking when one set of batteries didn't charge.
