BAUER door locks stuck

I have a 2015 Jayco pinnacle RSQS with a BAUER NE model door lock. I do not use the keypad feature. BOTH key slots are stuck in a northeast-southwest position "/" at 45 degrees. Does anyone have any ideas other than calling a locksmith to get them working correctly???

Thanks so much

Seems odd that they are both stuck in the same position.
Is something jammed in the key-slot. Vandalism (super glue comes to mind)? The bride used the wrong key in our older TT and it turned to about that position and jammed. The key was also stuck in the slot.
If they are "stuck" maybe some dry graphite would help. I would avoid WD-40.
I had to replace our stuck lock, easy job.

I would call Bauer and ask them. Here is the link to their web site that has contact information.
