Bedroom floor seperating.

I have a 2006 Jayco Eagle 30' 5th wheel.
when I open the bedroom slide the floor on the slide out that attaches to the wall of the slide out is sperating from the wall. I looks as if the floor is rotten there. How hard is it to replace the floor on the slide out, do i have to remove the bed?

Only proper way to repair is to remove the slide completely.

I follow a RV tech on YouTube, AZ Expert. He replaced the bedroom slide floor without removing the slide. It was interesting process to watch. I put the link to his video below. He has been doing RV repairs for 20+ years so I would say it is not that simple but doable with the proper skill set.
