There may be a small cable or chain that you need to pull, then tilt the bottom out and lift up.

2020 pinnacle 32rlts has 2 nylon straps similar to the chair tie downs. Fish straps out from under tv, Pull down on straps, lift out and up on tv. May be easier with 2 people.

I have a 2020 Pinnacle 32RLTS. The bedroom TV is held in place by two plastic friction tabs. To remove. Firmly push the TV up.

Very easy.

The TV mount is different on the 2020 and 2021 North Points, probably on the Pinnacle too.

The 2020 NP has the tabs that RDTC speaks of. On the 2021, the TV is held in by friction and its own weight on a Keystone bracket. Just wiggle it a lot from the sides while applying upward pressure. I was surprised at how much force it took to "wiggle" the tv up.
