We bought a 2018 North Point 379DBFS back in June. I'm about to be living in it full time. RVing has always been one of my passions and could never get in to it till now. We went with Jayco because it was one of the only ones that was in our budget and had 2 "full" baths and enough room for my wife and I, our 4 daughters, one son and a German Shepherd. I bought it from Camping World in (a city that rhymes with bacon), Georgia. I will never set foot in that location again. Was it just my Camping World location is or is that a Camping World problem nationwide?
Having used our RV several times now, I have noticed a few issues that quite frankly I wouldn't think would happen with the money we spent on our unit.
1. This one has been solved but we could not figure out how to get water and ice from our whirlpool. Apparently there are two hidden valves that need to be turned on. One under the oven and one in the island. This one isn't an issue due to craftsmanship but it would be nice if the dealer knew the products they were selling.
2. I can not get the rear bathtub to drain properly. It has one of those waterless traps and it drains VERY slowly. About an inch of water in the tub takes about half a day to drain.
3. I have a leak somewhere under the rear bathroom sink that is leaking water into an empty space behind the outer wall on the rear left corner(looking at the rear from the rear).

I hate Camping World for RV sales. Camping World for RV accessories is fine, IMHO.

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on the North Point.
#1- I guess it's just me, but you'd think that SOMEONE in a dealership would be tasked with investigating new models to KNOW where things like the valves in the water systems are located and pass that info along.
#2- I don't recall anyone else in the forum with the tub draining that slowly. Has it always been this slow? Could it be hair or a bath toy from the daughters or... the Shepard?
#3- Get that water leak FIXED! Our trailer has an anti-siphon valve under the bathroom sink for the black tank flush. If yours does, check that for leaks when flushing the black tank. It's a common problem.

**It has done it since the first time we used it.

**It seems to be coming from where the waterline maybe connects to the faucet? Due to the location I can't really see where its coming from.

That seems to be a common perception.

infantryman11c,
Unfortunately, most TT's, FW's, and MH's have problems once we get them home and use them. Most of the people that own RV's are somewhat handy with minor repairs and usually don't bother with service at the dealership. Dealership service can be time consuming and frustrating … doesn't matter what brand of RV.
Your problem #2: I'm not certain what a waterless trap is but, one would think that removing the screen and poking a water hose in there to "flush" the system might not be a bad idea. If that doesn't work then a trip to the dealer for warranty repairs might be in order.
Your problem #3: It is quite common for the fittings at the faucet(s) to be loose, either through road travel vibration or not properly tightened during assembly. Water damage to RV's is probably the number one cause of future serious problems. Get under there and see if you can tighten the fitting(s).

Instead of having a traditional trap where water is “trapped” in a U shape to keep bad odors from coming up from the sewer/septic it uses a thin tube of rubber that seals itself unless water is passing through

Those waterless traps are being used more and more on showers where there is not room for a traditional P trap. HepvO 1-1/2" Waterless Trap - Drains & Adapters - Sink & Drain - Plumbing
If it has been slow since day one, it could be defective or installed improperly.
The most common problem I have had with slow drains is hair in the drain right at the top. You could try a little item called a Zip it. to find out.

I agree with Norty1, Your waterless drain could be defective or installed improperly.
I'd check that 1st.
