Bigger entrance door

How difficult would it be to cut a bigger door size in my 94 5th wheel? Maybe French style or,even sliding the idea is bigger for loading and,unloading purpose.

My BIL was handicapped and years ago he researched that same thing. There were companies that specialized in that and I am sure it will be easy to find one now. Go online and look around. I would want it done professionally.
