Black tank flush sprayer

I have a 2017 jayco eagle HT 29.5, The last trip of the season the black tank flush sprayer stopped working, nothing going thru the lines to the sprayer. I already tried blowing it out with air, still nothing.
Can someone tell me how to located the sprayer on the outside of the tank so that I can remove it for cleaning. The tank is completely enclosed so it is not visible. Are there any videos or instructions on how to do this.

I would remove the check valve and check it for clogage/stuckage before starting at the bottom.

Check Valve

I could not find the check valve, it is not in the compartment behind the flush inlet and it is not in the bathroom vanity upstairs.
Where else would it be located?

My backflow valve is located behind the shower controls, it may be the same on your '17.
