Bluetooth Keeps Stopping Error Message

I have a 2021 347BHOK and the touch pad displays an error 'Bluetooth Keeps Stopping' error message that can't be cleared and prevents use of the touch pad. I can control all functionality via my smart phone (via bluetooth) but can't utilize the touch pad. Anyone else experience same? Any idea how to reset the app? I've tried closing, disconnecting shore power, etc. Thanks in advance
