BMPRo Lost Connection to motors issue

2020 NorthPoint- Our JAYCOMMAND BMPro app is telling me it has “lost connection” to the motors and now the slides, awnings and jacks do not work. The control panel screen/tablet works but the buttons for the slides and awnings also do not work, they do not light up at all. You can hear a click noise at the node when you use the app to try and work the slides or awnings. The node flashes a green light. The lipert slide motor controls are flashing error 1 green and 9 red. We are connected to the correct shore power 50amp and we checked the batteries also seemed to be charged.
We tried the manual override for the slides with no luck either.
Any suggestions? Not even sure how to roll it up to take to dealer….

Try kiling power to the system. Unplug shore power and use the battery disconnect. Let it sit for a minute the turn back.

Thank you, we did try that also and still no luck. All other power works other than the motors.

Battery disconnect will not kill power to the BMpro. Unhook the battery cable to kill all power.

Good to know Dbunke. What other things remain connected to the battery even after you use the battery disconnect switch?

BMPro, CO2 / propane alarm and safety brake breakaway is always on. There may be more but those are the 3 that I am aware of.

Try moving the leveling jacks just a little if you can. I had a similar problem with mine and the slides didn’t want to work from anywhere. I turned on the Jack panel out in the wet bay and just tried any Jack for movement and then the system worked. No clue why and it hasn’t done it since.
