BMPro pin

Trying to get my phone to work with the Bmpro and I disconnected the panel. (Not to bright). Reconnected it and now it wants to know my pin.

HOW DO I FIND OUT MY PIN?

Lots of bluetooth devices use 0000 or 1234. Might be worth a try.

Thanks, for your help. I have already tried that along with last 4 of s/n. I have an email in to teambmpro.com. Hopping for a reply. At least I can still control everything still with the app on my phone.
Thanks again

The phone app is working fine. It is still paired to the Bmpro hardware. It is the android wall panel that I need to re-pair.
Thanks.

Here is the online manual, I found nothing about a pin though
https://teambmpro.com/wp-content/upl...-Lite-v1.0.pdf

Here is their online support, I've heard many say they got reply within hours:
https://teambmpro.com/contact-bmpro-usa/

Here is their phone number in USA: +1–574–322–4934

Thanks, I didn’t find anything either. I sent off a request, waiting for reply. I put it to bed for the night. I’ll give them a call tomorrow. I’ve gone through MANY of the Bmpro tech tips on You Tube. Just going to rest the brain tonight. Start over in the morning.

do you have the hard numbered switches below your tablet? Did you try to just re-pair the tablet? IF you do have the hard switches below your tablet...did you try going to OFF then EXT...let the system power down then press 1 to power back up?

Follow up
Found out that once you have created your Bmpro cloud account, all passwords and PIN’s that you are asked for are your own google passwords and PIN’s. It does seem pretty obvious now, but when you have just lost your control panel control, you miss those obvious solutions. Thanks for your help in solving my problems.
