BMPro will not boot

BMPro logo displays for 2-5 seconds then the screen goes blank and then the process starts over. How can I get beyond this logo to an operational screen?

There is a reset button, inside a small hole... you must be on your knees to see it from below... look near the left arrow button. Insert a paperclip momentarily and see if that helps.

Discussed the issue with Jayco tech and he authorized a replacement through my dealership. No telling how long it will take Camping World to respond!

The most frequent methods used to solve this problem are
1. Reset the tablet (see image 1 below)
2. Remove the tablet from the wall and charge it overnight with a standard USB phone charger (see image 2 below)

You should know the tablet is a pretty basic 7" Android tablet. It does not like to be completely discharged... (it won't boot or it continuously reboots).

A typical phone charger is required when it's completely dead... otherwise it will keep itself charged from your camper's battery and solar panels.

X2 to Learjet and Stan&Sharon. My bet is the battery has gotten low somehow and you are stuck in the "boot loop" sequence, and may need to come off the wall and recharge in the house with a proper charger.

When mine did it. BMPPRO responded it needed to be replaced. I tried charging but no luck. Called my dealer service department order a replacement and shipped to my home address. I think it cost $400 - $500. Replacement had the buttons on bottom and they do work.

Pull it off the wall, disconnect it, and recharge the battery with a phone charger overnight. WALA

Mine was doing it too, took the tablet out and tried to charge it, to no avail.
Took it to a fix it shop and they thought it was in a boot loop too, not the tablet is junk.

Just orderd an new controller from Camping world, will see how that does.

In the mean time I am ordering a 7 in Android tablet and will see if maybe that works for $50. ??? Will try anything at this point.

The replacement tablet will work, however you will not be able to connect to it via the cloud

will my phone still hook up to the camper, because right now that is the only thing that is operating on the camper I am afaid to loose that

When mine was out the phone app still worked. Also I was able to connect additional phone apps. I think there is a max of 4 connected devices.

As long as you have working Bluetooth you will be fine
