Does the bottle have a cap on it? If so it will float, and I'd be less concerned. An open bottle eventually will fill up and sink, now I would be concerned.

If you remove the toilet maybe it could be grabbed with one of those "grabbers" that us old folks use? Then throw the grabber away..........yuck!!!!!!
