Brake issues on a 377RLBH

it seems like my brakes are very soft on a 2016 377, we have adjusted and nothing seems to help. Pads look brand new and I have to have my factory brake controller all the way up to get the thing to stop, even then it seems like the truck is doing all the work.

I had that issue with a previous trailer and the problem was a bad ground.

thank you, I'll check the leads. It seems like I am only stopping with maybe 30% power.

On my last rig, I had the same issue. It wasn't a Jayco, it was a forest river. It finally got fixed after replacing the backing plates and magnet setup. My setting on my controller went from 8/9 down to a 4. In traffic it went to a 3.5. I went through everything, wring, new controller, new drums, pads. It was so bad, I thought the camper was equipped wiyh ABS
