Bumper BBQ mount extension?

Hey I have a 2016 360QBOK and I love it! A very poor design flaw is my outside kitchen is in a slide out and the bumper mount grill is not on a longer than usual extension so to BBQ I either need to lose 200lbs or close my slide... Any ideas?

So far I was thinking of making my own extension but I don't know if the bumper mount itself could handle the weight?

I bought a tube that was the same size and painted it black with gloss enamel. Toughest thing is to drill the holes straight up and down and as you can see I failed on one side but it doesn't hit the bumper so I'm leaving it for now.

Where would you get that and what is it called in like a hardware store or something ? Also my bracket is different... It has two metal studs sticking up that the grill holds on to

Turn the grill around so the opening is away from the slide?

There is a metal & welding supply shop in town that I took the 2 foot chunck to and they sold me the 7 foot section that I had to drill and paint. I used the same grill bracket and bracket that attaches to the bumper just replaced the tube to extend the reach!
