Yes this is very helpful and I would think that mines is close to this weight.

Thanks. We're considering one of these, and I'm trying to determine how bad of a weight offender I'll be. My truck is nearly paid for and fits in my garage, so it's a keeper. I'm thinking I'll be about 800-1K over GVWR, but under or at rear axle, under tire, and under CGVWR.

With your 3/4 ton truck with a Diesel, you should have no problem with the 321RSTS.

Yep, my 3/4 ton tow mines with no problem whatsoever but I do want to get a 1 ton just for kicks and giggles. It sits pretty good if I say so myself.

Looking forward to it. Couple questions. First, on the unit we looked at, when you made the bed from couch there was a huge gap between where the back of the couch folded down and the rest of the “mattress”. Was something not aligned right or is this how it is? Also, is this a two battery trailer? Seems one wouldn’t make it too far with the the inverter and res fridge on one.

Yes, you need a second battery. Most dealers throw in a second battery for free....

Our 321 has room for up to 4 batteries if needed.

That’s odd. It’s a really uncomfortable gap. The one in my HT is folds down tight with the rest of the cushions. Thought it would be the same.

To my previous post on the batts. The dealer did confirm two batteries.

I don't know because I haven't use it, it's just my wife and I and no kids and no grand kids but on the battery yes you will need two batterys. When I got to my campsite and try to let my jacks down before I was able to plug into the shore power the read out on my panel said "fail".

So when I call the dealer and told him what happen and what was the reading he said yeah it is because you need another battery, so I ask him how much he said $180.00 dollars. Needless to say I went and got my own and install it myself, done deal.

So yeah you will need at least two battery you should be able to get away with just having two batterys unless you planning on boondocking.

I take mine in July 13 for warranty. Dealer took pics during PDI. I told them that it is not normal and needs fixing. Of course I am sure the dealer has not sent pics to Jayco yet. Mine has about a 2” gap.
So my 5er is a different one but has that problem.

PDI went well. Dented over door. They replaced it there. One drawer guide bad. Spent 3 hrs going over it. Towed well, but I’ll be any airbags at some point. Now going go practice parking. Click image for larger version

Thanks. Unfortunately , I’m just getting back to work today, so it’ll be a couple weeks. We’ll just go somewhere close for a night to do really thorough run through of things. My plan is to make sure it’s all sorted by fall.
