That my opinion as well. I’ll post up a pick with the Timbrens next time I hook up. Looks the same. Still level except the Timbrens are engaged so a firmer(in a good way) ride. Without, it worked, but this is better.

Body roll is back to where it was with my lighter trailer.

Have a trip in 10 days to a state park just about 2hrs away. Just a night to enjoy/nitpick the trailer before I make my first warranty appt.

I think this trailer is easier to back than my HT I previously owned. Maybe it’s the longer distance from wheels to kingpin. It reacts quicker to my inputs.

I need to ask, how do you all deal with the stove top vent? On my old trailer I’d keep it closed unless we were going to need it. This one was installed by a giant. I need a ladder to get to it. Seriously. I need a full size ladder to get to it.

I laughed when I looked up at the vent the first time I got my trailer. Bought a 4 step aluminum ladder, costco brand at Walmart. Probably only weighs 4 lbs and fits in my basement.

I also marked the stick at measurement points for slide-outs. Just use a silver permanent marker on the black handle. I can hold the stick against the wall and use it as a measure before extending slides.

I use it for the love bug cleaning pads also

And to attach a soft brush for washing camper.

I like this idea better I will be checking into more about this thanks.

Where is the fresh water tank on this thing. Is it over the axles or behind them?

Fresh water is right behind the rear axle. Kitchen grey tank is over front axle slightly. black tank in front of it. Grey tank for bathroom is under basement storage. Just cleaned up the rats nest of wiring under ours and added more insulation from basement to rear of trailer.

Thanks. Surprised they put it there. Seems if you fill it up, you’d some adverse towing characteristics.

That's the way to go Big1............I bought our 2017 RAM 3500 Big Horn in May, 2018. It was the last 2017 the dealer had and they wanted it to go! It is fully loaded with all the things we wanted. It listed for $69,950 and we got it for $51,200. Dealers have to get rid of those leftovers before they can give decent discounts on the newer model year.

That’s a heck of a deal. If I didn’t have payoff in sight I’d consider a 1 ton. Would however have to be a srw so I could garage it still.

I have three dealer that I'm working with, Dave Smith, Dennis Dillon and here locally and so far the one that I was looking at was at Dave Smith but they are not getting back with me this is the second time that I try to buy from them and every time they alway drop the ball, so I'm sure about them.

And Dennis Dillon don't seem to have what I really want but they are working with me, I have bought from them before and love it. The one locally here in Tacoma we are playing phone tag I can't seem to get to talk to the guy that is helping me but will see.

BTW: Nice camp site, oh one more thing the one locally try to sell me a 1 ton dually just like your the same color and everything but it was just a 2019.

Yeah I have a little ways to go before I pay mines off so I figure if I want what I really wanted to do it now, but it's seem like work going from dealer to dealer to dealer. I will see who win out and keep you guys posted.

Big1, I got my last one from Auto Nation in Bellevue..........they will deal with you. I think Dave Smith is a bait and switch operation.

Well guys I finally did it I went today and bought a leftover 2018 3500 Dodge Ram Diesel today I wasn't going to do it but we went back and forth and finally got my payment where I wanted to be. I didn't bring it home yet because I told them that I have a lot of stuff that I need to take off so they let me keep my truck. These are a few pics that I took when I was there.

It's pretty loaded for what I want anyway it even have the gooseneck hitch prep in it so I'm pretty happy when until I get to bring it home anyway more pics are coming when I bring it home.

I also forgot they gave me three years of free oil changes.

Well, I had a 2016 2500 ram 6.4L Hemi with the 4.10 gears but after go in the mountains and hills here in the PNW I decided that I wanted a diesel so I got the 2500 diesel but I have always wanted a 3500 ram. I kept putting it off so now when we are doing better in our finances the wife and I we said let's go for it so I pull the trigger.

It only had about miles on it and I put about 6 of those miles test driving. Now I need to take everything off my 2017 to go on my 2018.

Do you guys disconnect a battery at the terminal when in storage or just use the red batt disconnect in the storage bay?
