So far, so good. We have our first trip next weekend, so I’ll share my experiences with everyone then.

Anyone had anything like this on your 321. Just open my dinette side and found this. Two holes punched in the floor and a crease/dent. Also, I’ve found my floor to go beyond a little creak to the point where you can hear us walking in the trailer from the next site.

Looks like "debris" under the vinyl flooring. The squeaking door will work itself out.

Is that an easy dealer fix or something to tackle on my own?

Also, I notice my slide when closed has space between it and the interior floor on the dinette side, but on the recliner side which is where this occurred, there is no space. It’s like it’s angled down towards the rear of the trailer. On my previous trailer it was uniform all the way across.

I haven't notice it in mines but I'm planning on going out to where I have it storage at I will look and see, wow this is not good, I'm beginning to see poor workmanship in these 5th wheels but then again most of any of them have issues.

I would take it to your dealer. Sounds like you may be missing a roller under the slide. My 321has the gap even all the way across the floor. When the slide comes in, it rides on the rollers.

So, I looked closer at the dinette/recliner slide. There’s no rollers. Go’s up a slight ramp and then back down as it comes in. I’m not sure, but I’m wondering if a small piece of gravel was on the floor. Slide rises up as it come in and then comes down and slides for a brief moment on the floor. Reverse that on the way out and a sharp pebble under there can do some
damage. I prefer the idea something came up from underneath, but there’s a gouge leading to the two small holes and holes are torn in the direction of the slide.

I usually sweep before we leave, but didn’t yesterday as we had 12 hrs of driving ahead of us. Make sure you sweep your floors. Colorado makes some sharp pebbles.

If any one has any more poor construction theories, I’d prefer those over my own.

Take it to your dealer. I am sure you have rollers as that is the only way it will come in. You may not be able to see them without getting under the slide when it is out and pulling up on the seal. You are talking about your dinning slide which is not a Schwintek, correct?

Yes, this is the non Schwintek. I’ll look again. Thanks for the replies. In the meantime, I’ll make an appt anyway. I found shrinking or wrongly installed window seals on the rear living windows, and my passenger side aluminum wheel well liner is coming down.

Yep, I would make an appointment for sure, we spend all this money and for what they should take care of it, it's under warranty.

Well, I’ll take it on the 29th. Service rep agreed the slide shouldn’t be dragging across the floor. Closer inspection found the slide dragging in the middle, but elevated on either side. Drags across the middle heat vent leaving shavings. Also said they’d just replace the window seals on the back, fix their goofy fix of my counter top bumpers, and my aluminum in wheel well. I work too much in November to camp anyway.

On an unrelated item, I did replace my two dealer issues group 24 batts with two 6v golf cart batteries. Drove for 13 hrs this week, and batteries never fell below a full charge with the res fridge running.

Awesome, I would have taken it in in a hurry but you did, I see that some people are having bad luck with their Jayco bummer and knock on wood I have not had any problem but one and it was taken care of. I hope I don't because I can't afford another one now anyway.

I am so sorry that you are having so many problem with your Jayco, can you trade it in then before it give you any more problem and money.

Hey guys, the ones that have the 321rsts I have a question, I'm would like to install a strongarm system on my 321rsts and was wondering if you can take up the floor where the generator goes?

I need to get access underneath so when I drill the two holes for the bracket I would be able to put the nuts on the back of the screws? Thank you guys for your help, the only other thing if I can lift up the floor is to just drill and tap the two holes in the bar.

Since I bought a kit with 6 strong arms and only used the four on the landing gear, I had 2 extra long bolts with connector eyes (same as the ones that go through the landing gear). I drilled 3/8" holes through the square beam that supports the storage/generator floor. I did not remove the floor. The drill caught the edge of the floor material but did no harm. I put a stiffener on the bottom and the top, over the floor material, making a sandwich if you will, to make sure the bolt was not too long. Tightened it down. It ain't goin' nowhere!

I have been thinking about it and I figure that I can use two of the block side by side and use self-tapping screws to tighten them down.

I have that same setup the other two bars is use for the back legs but I did had to buy some extra parts. Do you have any pics?

Well, guys after thinking about it far a little while I went ahead and install the Airlift Loadlifte Ultimate plus on my new 2018 3500 here are a few pics, I decided that I would install the valve in my bed.

Congrads on the install! I installed the airlift ultimate on our F250 with no regrets. Put the valve behind the fuel door just above the fuel cap. I have the compressor mounted behind the rear seat. Never bothered with the dash gauge and switch. Hookup trailer. Air up the bags

I tried 50psi in the bags but got too much rebound on bridges. I think the factory helper springs where engaging on the bumps. Started upping pressure. At 70 psi in the bags truck rides smooth. I also had to upgrade rear shocks. Factory shocks just couldn't handle the rebounds on bridges after 40k miles
