Cabinet doors

This will be the second time i have to replace the same doors, they come apart.
Maybe i will just glue them. I don't know why Jayco doesn't glue them together

Just a question - what do you store in that cabinet?

I was storing my Magna nesting cookware in the cabinet above my cook-top when I read a JOF post about that not being such a good idea due to their weight and the increased bouncing of that location. That cabinet now stores lightweight plasticware and the cookware is now stashed in a low cabinet resting on my reusable shopping bags (to minimize bouncing).

Reminds me of The Long, Long Trailer (Desi and Lucy) where she stored the rocks she collected from each campsite and all the stuff she canned.

My educated guess is that you have a high humidity situation. Do you use some sort of humidifier and/or leave a vent open when the unit is in storage? Cabinet door frames are generally glued (even though they don't look like it) then pinned to hold them together while the glue dries. Wood can expand at an unbelievable rate with humidity.

I had four cabinet doors come apart like that. It appeared to me that the doors were to be glued, with a small brad stapled in to hold the door while the glue dried. I think they did not use enough glue. I was told Jayco does not make the doors, that part of the process is out-sourced, and they had a bad batch of doors. Jayco sent me new ones, and they have been fine. I do keep my eye on the doors while the rig is within the first two years!

That is typically a glued joint on cabinet doors. Maybe wasn't enough glue used in the construction phase of the doors. Warranty should cover besides the pita to get the work done.
