Cabinet finish

Does anyone know what color stain Jayco use on their cabinets? I have a 2012 30.5 Fifth wheel & installed a electric fireplace under the entertainment center which necessitated restructuring the doors & frame. It looks to me like a cherry finish.

Looks like a factory option. Did you use a Dimplex or some other brand?

Great installation. Did you find a stain to match and if so what brand and color was it?

Nice job, I am looking at the same mod to my 2010 30.5. Question I have is where dod you get the power, were you able to take from entertainment centre? I have two plugs under TV only one is used, or did you run a new line?

The insert I used was a Classic Flame 33" insert (more features then Dimplex) I removed the doors & stiles & relocated them to fit the insert. Installed 6 2" air vents in the side panel for air circulation. I was able to use one of the electric sockets under the Flat panel TV. I disassembled one of the doors & remanufactured it to close up the center opening under the TV. Having a antique restoration business (now retired) I simply made my own color lacquer & finished the cabinetry. As soon as I am able to extend the slide out I will post new photos. Thanks for all the nice comments. I will show it to my local RV dealer (a friend) & see if he would like me to do any installation to customers
