Cable issue
Hello
Just bought a 2022 North Point 377 rlmb and on our first trip. We plugged in the cable. But we have no signal. The tv input options does not include cable. We checked connections, called the office, still no signal. We purchased streaming program but it continued to buffer. Stinks!!
Any suggestions.

Our 2021 Pinnacle I am presuming has a similar system? where your coax cable comes out of the wall, in our case the cabinet above the main TV, we have to disconnect and reconnect to the cable/satellite input next to where it is connected for over the air reception. That is the way they come from the factory. You also have to turn off the booster switch in the same area that is used to boost over the air reception. We haven't used the cable yet, the over the air and a Fire Stick have been good enough so far. We also have a switch and a red light on the wet bay that I am still ignorant about, but refer to the cable connection.

Thank you, thank you.
I love this forum. Yesterday I learned how to fix ice and water dispenser.

And I correct myself, the switch in the wet bay is for something else, although the cable/Satellite connection are made in the wet bay.

Ok, finally got around to connecting cable for the first time. Here is what may be your issue. On the TV remote input, select "TV" input, then select menu on your TV remote. Now head over to the channels menu. Click on it and it will give you a menu of choices to scan for, Satellite, over the air, and cable. select the one you want and wait while it scans. It could take a few minutes. If watching cable TV make sure to turn off the antenna booster switch at the face plate on cabinet above TV or picture will be grainy. The Coax connection at the Face plate stays on the TV connection, nothing to change for over the air/cable viewing. The only time you move the Coax to the other connection is for satellite/aux viewing. Hope this helps
Rene

Also.if you get this far reading, the manual says the AUX input in the wet bay is for the outside and bedroom TV's. NOT!!! At least not on ours. leave it hooked up to the cable input in the wet bay, and scan each TV for cable as I previously posted

The red switch in the wet bay should be for the water pump. If you're dry camping and outside you can turn on the pump without having to go inside.

Thanks, I had already figured it out and hoping they never read that too closely lol. Happy that the Coax connections all appear to work as intended as opposed to some of the horror stories I have read here. Last 2 pieces of the cable puzzle are the Satellite connection, that I will presume works ok since we don't have and probably won't, and the AUX connection on the wet bay that obviously is not for the bedroom and outdoor TV's as the manual indicated. We have Direct TV at home, live in the boonies and no cable, and seldom watch it other than Fox news. All else we stream via WiFi
