Could you please let us know who and how they sent them to you. I just bought a 2020 MBQS 355 and would like to have all the prints I can get on File.

I emailed them, told them I was looking into adding satellite TV and did they have a schematic. Unfortunately none of these are actually for mine as I have a TV connection in the loft area of mine and in the mid-bunk room.

I have heard the Jayco won't send stuff for units that are still in warranty but mine is (it's actually at Jayco now getting fixed). I tried to get a schematic for the exterior lights when it was first new and was told they didn't have one. Mine has the SMART lighting package and was supposed to have reverse lights. The actual lights were not available yet, so I have the regalar taillights without the reverse capability (the units were available the month after mine was built). They did tell me the reverse wire is already there and gave me the color but I haven't checked yet.
