When I did some modifications to my 2013 Passport when I had it, I added a jumper like what you describe, I used it to connect my DirecTv receiver to my cable system. one was in from the outside cable connection, then one out back to the amplifier and antenna. When I didn't use air, but used satellite, I removed the jumper and used the in/out of that connection, if I didn't lug the dish and receiver with me (on shorter trips) I would reinstall the small coax jumper I made to complete the connection between outside and amplifier/cable system.

Could that be what that may be?

EDIT -> WOW, I just reread what Roadrunner said, and is pretty much what I just said LOL, props to Roadrunner.... It's obviously too late in the PM for me to interject mindless assistance....Gonna take a snooze on that account!

Most cable Tv services require a set top box to receive channels now. I know Comcast does. The park usually has boxes at the front desk.

eagleback has an excellent point. A lot of cable providers have gone 100% encrypted digital requiring a box at each TV to receive a signal.

Are you on a seasonal site? As eagleback suggested, check with the campground office if a box is needed.

Also, have you tried using the SensorPro and antenna?
If you haven't done this, as a test I would check for accessing TV channels via your antenna. This would at least isolate your issue to the cable feed.

An obvious question, are your TVs digital compatible?

I found a Coax testing tool to be very helpful when trying to figure out how my rig was wired.
