Cable tv now working
I have a 2012 39 ft Jayco Eagle 5 th wheel. I have the large tv in living room and smaller one in bedroom. I am hooked up to cable tv at the camp ground. I have new cable, the cable to the outside is good. I have tried scanning to add the channels but it says no signal. Itried looking for anytype switch to go from tv anteena amplifier to cTurn off or on. In cabinet there is a signal strenght switch that says park model or satellite. That did nothing. Cable connected to back of tv. Anybody have any suggestions?

Turn the antenna amplifier off. Small light tells you it is on small button on the face plate tv cables connected to.
The amplifier will NOT pass cable signal
Been there and had that problem

Is your outside coax connected to "Cable" on the trailer?
Make sure your TV amplifier "green light" is OFF for cable. (Could be behind TV).
TV should be set for "Cable" before scanning for channels.
Try pushing the TV in as you pull the release.

It may be hidden in a cabinet. I have to get on my knees to see mine. Look for it on a path between the TV and where cable enters the trailer. If it’s like mine it will have a faceplate the size of a household switch or double outlet. It has a short loop of co-ax jumping a couple of connectors, a round cigarette lighter type of socket, a green LED (when lit) and a button to turn it on/off.

I have two tv's in our rig. The amplifier was behind the big tv in the living room. If you follow the coax Cable from the back of the tv back to were it connects at the wall. That should be the plate with the amplifier mounted in it. If you can feel around the on off button is smaller than the eraser on a pencil.
You may have one of the niffty mounts that are jammed with the coax in the hinge or that just don't move. You just lift the tv up to get it out of the mount.

My WINEGUARD TV WALL PLATE looks like this. If the small LED is lit indicates that the OTA Antenna is selected for use and will inhibit the CABLE TV connections.
Also like said above be sure your main TV menu SCAN setup is for CABLE TV and not ANTENNA TV.
My TV WALL PLATE is in plain view but alot of different trailers may have them hid inside a cabinet near where the main TV is located...
Google Image
If you have a long TV RG cable you can run that through a window and connect the camp ground TV signal directly to the back of your TV set for a test... This will bypass all of the interior TV wiring...

On the back wall of a cabinet to the left of the TV. This cabinet sits on the floor and has the radio mounted in the upper half, the lower half is at floor level and that’s where the booster is located. The outside coax connector is on the side of the 5th immediately to the right of the cabinet.
Lots of things we need to access in our trailers/coaches are located in places based on ease/speed of installation and/or saving a few cents on materials. Not necessarily based on ease of use.

You have an upgraded antenna amplifier. It is not the normally installed amplifier. There is a select button on the center plate. Can you press it and light up park cable. light? Otherwise you have a cabling issue behind it. Bad cable or connection. Take a look at the manual for it online and the YouTube video.
It still works the same way. You just have to use the select button to choose between the park cable or the antenna on your trailer

Nfd540,
The center plate is a Winegard SensarPro.
Here's a link to it's installation & operating instructions.
These instructions will help you determine if the SensarPro is wired up correctly. Pull the SensarPro plate off and check its wiring in the back. It will also help in understanding its operation.
It looks like you have the plate on the right set up properly for cable TV. If I read the instructions correctly on that plate, it states to install a jumper between Ports A & B, which is what is there.
Also here's a YouTube video on it. There's other YouTube videos, just do a search on Winegard SensarPro
Hope this is of some help.

The dealer or previous owner changed up the amplifier and the cabling from your discription. In a normal setup yes there should be two cables behind the plate on right. The plate allowed for satellite dish and receiver connection. Satellite coaxial cable has a 18 or 24 volt DC voltage on it to power the lmb on the dish thru the coax cable. Dish and reciever work differently.
The normal single button green light amplifier has a 12 volt DC power running up to the antenna on the roof of your trailer thru the coax cable.
The unit you have has a more powerful amplifier in the center plate for the antenna. Check behind the middle plate for coax cables and 12 volt wires. Do a Google search on wineguard sensor pro. Should find an installation manual which should help you sort it out. I am thinking the 12 volt power connection is flakey

Previous owner or dealer added the sensor pro upgraded amp. They have changed the cabling setup. Maybe had issues with it and just removed it from the cabling setup
