Camper wall coating

My 2018 Eagle 27.5RLTS was washed the other day and now I see that the exterior wall surface has lost most of it's top layer. The surface I'm refering to is what would be called clear coat on a car. It was waxed a couple of times, and does sit out in the sun, but I see a lot of older fiberglass campers that still look good. Is there something I can do to restore this?

There are a lot of things out there, and one that was recommended to me for repairing/fixing gel coat exteriors is from glide coat...it's a fairly intensive
process, but they get good reviews...
