Would highly recommend considering any other options you may have before taking your unit there for repair. I recently took my unit there and they replaced the complete rear end due to a water leak. The following day I leak checked my unit, and found a water leak at the window. It was taken in and repaired due to a water leak from day one when I purchased it, brand new, and they did not even check it for a water leak before they returned the unit to me. I took it back for them to address the window leak, and all they simply did was caulk around the outside of the window. They did not properly remove the window and seal it as it should have been done. And also a note, I have been in contact with the manufacturer, Jayco. Good luck with them also.
