Cargo Carrier

There is a hitch on my 5th wheel for either a bike rack or a Cargo Carrier. Has anyone with a Pinnacle ever use this for a Cargo Carrier ? If so how much weight can it carry ? Looking to put 2 Predictor Generators 3500 on it while using so I can secure them to the Carrier.

Yes each Generator is 97lbs. so less then 200lbs total plus the weight of the Cargo Carrier. most I have seen are under 40lbs.

I think loose bounce is what really takes its toll on the bumpers.
I would still beef up the bumper and make sure there is no wiggle or up and down movement.

It's not a bumper mount, it's a regular receiver mounted to the frame so he's good.

Here is a look of mine. It is literally one with the bumper, no movement side to side or up and down. Total weight with contents is + - 100 lbs max.
