Ceiling fan in 2014 Eagle 31.5 rlts

Brought our new RV home and trying out all the gadgets. Are there any tricks to operating the ceiling fan? We turned on the main interior lighting and pulled the chains on the fan and no movement/no light. I fear something didn't get hooked up at the factory. Calling the dealer tomorrow, but wonder if anyone else out there has had a similar problem.

Our unit has a switch on the wall that turns the ceiling fan on/off

On ours, there's a switch on the bottom of the cabinets above the sink. You really can't see it unless you know it's there. Switch it on there and then use the chains for light and speed. There's also a reverse switch on the fan itself like a residential fan.

Hope this helps.

Are you on shore power? Mine ( in 2014 30.5 RLS) is 110 VAC

Its at the end of cabinet. There is fan switch, receptacle and 12V outlet. If you walk in door and look at end of cabinet there it is. Brought ours home this week. Took me 20 minutes to find it.

Ours is a single switch when you walk in the door. Right in front of you on the end of the cabinet or wall. Still too high for the wife to operate the pull chains. Gonna have to get some additional chain to hang on there.

Mine is A/C only as well. I'll bet they all are.

Thanks for the help. Got the unit hooked up to shore power, found the switch on the side of the cabinet, and voila, it worked.

Dealer probably should have shown you that! Enjoy your 31.5. We have a 2103 and really enjoy it.
