Ceiling fan switch

We have a Pinnacle 37RSTS and cannot locate the switch for the ceiling fan. Has only one pull chain to control fan speed and it has the switch on the body of the fan to control direction. Can’t figure out where the on/off switch is. Anyone have an answer?

Using the pull chain one of the speeds is not Off?

you should have a brown residential looking rocker switch below your control one display panel, that is the on-off for the fan

There is no rocker switch under, or near, control panel. I can pull the chain several times and it will not turn on. Beginning to wander if they forgot the on/off switch. 😎

you should have a switch to the left of the xantrex inverter display, if not I would agree the forgot to install it
