We have a 2018 Pinnacle 36KPTS. First time out this year and we can not get any water into the coach on the city water connection. We have flipped the washer and screen but still nothing. The units water filter is in correctly. We think it has something to do with the valves. What valve switches between city water and tank fill?
The diagrams on the water center should show the position of the valves to get city water. I usually have to check it 2 or 3 times before I get it correct.

there is diagram on my 2022 36ssws. its only one switch difference from city and fresh water tank I believe....never seen a unit that does not have a diagrham.
