Contact Jayco. They can give you a schematic of the coax and other wiring. Whether they can tell you exactly where the splitters might be is another story. That ends up being a question of where the worked decided to put them.

Here's what they gave me when I asked about coaxial issues. I know in my 2023 355 there is a connector behind the panel in the basement where the external coax connector and the node is. There is also one behind the fireplace. The jack behind the TV also functions as a splitter and signal amplifier when using the over the air antenna. We still have issues getting cable to the mid bunk, but I haven't completed my troubleshooting yet. Good luck.

I have the same issue on the outside TV...IMHO the info from Jayco is no help since it doesn't show the location of the splitters.

True, but they are not that hard to find if you just start pulling panels and looking near where the outlets are.

Iíve got a 21 317rlok. Had the same problem you are having. There was a splitter behind the large tv in the living room for that tv and the tv in the outdoor kitchen. In addition in the basement on passenger side there is a small panel on the left. There was another splitter there for the plug in that compartment and the bedroom tv
Also suggest you pull all the coax outlets and make sure the connections are tight behind the plate. ALL of mine were loose and the picture improved considerably after tightening them

I purchased a coax Explorer kit from Klein to
ols it helped helped quickly find the bad connections and makes troubleshooting easy.

Connectors

2022 317 RLOK: I had to replace every coax connector in the trailer. Everyone was not installed correctly (loose).
Every splitter will reduce your signal 1/2 (3db). If you donít use an outside tv take the splitter out and use a barrel (female to female connector) to your bedroom tv. The splitter is behind the panel in the garage.
BTW. I am a former DirecTV installer.
