Condensation : electric box??

Hi!

for the second time I had a problem in october ( colder outside) The furnace was ok but when I was closing the lamp inside a big noise came for the electric box inside near the floor.

My 5thwheel is brand new, I ordered it in february 2018. I, had the problem at the firts automn, the dealer was supposed to fix it but this autumn the problem came back,

I had to close all the electricity et close everything I'had make the preparation for the winter and place it in the entrepot fort the winter.
The dealer will take it from the entrepot nex april but they told me if the problem persist they will be no more warranty for the problem?? IS that true?? I' d receive it with the problem...

If someboday have a solution or an idea , I will be so happy.

Thanks for your time et sorry for my writing in english it's not my first language.

Karen

Hi deckaren,
I think that you are saying your inside breaker panel is getting moisture inside? and the breakers are tripping? First, what model 5th wheel? Second, It sounds more like moisture from a water leak? What repair did the shop do to the camper? Sorry, Need more information to respond..

All the lamps are working correctly
They(dealer) Will take it back next avril from storage and they will check again
But they told me that will be the last time because the warranty will be ending

I would suggest you forget about the dealer and call and electrician in to properly diagnose the problem. It might be worth your time and money and safety.

Although it may not be close to you, you do have a option to take it to another dealer.

I would call Jayco or have a friend come and call together. Their warranty department is good. Get he warranty number that your current dealer is working off of and go with that. Jayco will assist you..

deckaren: When having problems with translation for example French (your own mother tong) to English - use Google translation. So the English speaking can help you better.

Good luck in solving your problems!

Or write in French... some of us french people will understand and if using chrome as your browser it will offer to translate
Bonne chance aussie appel jayco direct tout de suit.pour ouvre on billet Avec le nom de dealer

It is funny how you can not type french on an english keyboard . Basically call jayco now with the dealer name to let them know . If it is an existing problem it will be covered until it is fixed keep all work orders . I do know that the dealer in st jerome does not like to trouble shoot but rather the quick fixes

If I have this correct, she is hearing the fan in the voltage converter when she has all the lights on? This happens to mine and as far as I know it’s normal.
