Convection Microwave replacement?

I noticed in the new Eagle Fifth wheels there is not an option to upgrade the regular microwave to a convection microwave. Has anyone who has a new eagle upgraded afterwards? If so, did you go with an RV microwave or just go to Walmart and find one that will slide into the existing microwave slot?

I have never had a convection oven in any of my RVs but I would caution anyone considering the idea look into combustible surface clearances. I had a microwave/convection oven in my S&B and when you used the convection part the exterior of the unit got quite hot. YMMV.

Jayco used the GE 30"(home style) over the stove convection/micro in the SENECA's and possibly the EMBARKS. If you have the space and can install it properly to take the bouncing they work fine.
