Converter problems

I’m new here but not to rving. We been fifth wheelin bout 10 years. We bought a used 2017 Eagle HT 27.5RLTS last April. I replaced the converter shortly after and made a round trip from Alabama to Colorado no problem. Now we ready to go again and no dc output from converter (stored 5 weeks disconnected from shore pwr) testing it I get 125 volts on each leg of main breaker with coach battery disconnected, with battery connected 245 volts on each leg. Anyone seen anything like this. Would a AC capacitor cause this feedback. Neither of my AC compressors will run.
Thanks

My surge protector says open neutral. From the breaker for my shore power I have the two hot legs and th neutral. It’s all new construction and checks out fine

Better look into the neutral deeper. Especially with your protector saying open neutral. Open neutral will cause all kinds of odd things.

Start at the power source and work your way back checking line voltage and the neutral. You plugged into a 50Aoutlet? 15/20/30A outlet? Using any cheater adaptors?

My rv is 50 amp but I’m plugged in to 30 amp rv receptacle with a short 30-50 cord(12”).

Make sure your neutral is good at the source outlet and after the 30A to 50A adaptor and into the RV breaker panel.
Is your surge protector hard wired or used inline?

It should be grounded for safety, doesn't need to be bare. Do you have a 15/20A to 50A adaptor to try a different outlet? Or a 15/20A to 30A adaptor? Basically so you can plug the RV into a standard wall outlet somewhere to see what happens.

Sure your 30A outlet isn't 240V without a neutral? Should have 3 holes, 120v hot, neutral and a ground. Sure sounds like a welder/dryer 240V outlet.

If your 30A outlet is wired correctly it would have 3 wires. 120v line/hot, neutral and ground. Typically black, white and green. Hot on one slit, neutral on the other slit and the round is ground.

Alright when plugged in to 20 amp everything works except the converter. Even both ac’s. I guess my new service not wired right, I probably toasted my converter.

Sounds like the neutral is open or they wired the 30A outlet for 240V without w neutral.
