Couches for a 2015 339FLQS

I'm looking to either replace or re-upholster the two couches in my front living Jayco fifth wheel. Each couch sits in one of the two front slides. Examination of these couches reveal that the base of the slide is not at floor level but about 6 inches above the floor of the front living room. This above-the-floor gap is hidden by the couches' base pads until the slides are retracted. While retracted, this reveals that these base pads have electrical wires running to them which I can only assume operate hidden limit switches. Has any one seen these features before? Or, having a similar circumstance, found viable replacements? The coverings on both couches are beginning to peel. Thanks.

The wires are for the lights in the ceiling of the slides and possibly the slide motors
