I’m a cover advocate.

I live in South Florida and cover my 34G with a Camco ultra guard cover. I had a Coleman pop-up years ago and the entire roof failed due to the hot South Florida sun over many years. Same thing happened to our friends. Anything, will last so much longer if it’s protected from UV rays. I don’t find it very hard to put my cover on my class A. Plenty of YouTube videos showing how to do it. Basically, have it rolled up and grab a corner or tie a rope to a corner and go up the ladder and then pull it up on the roof while it unwinds on the ground. It’s really not very hard. Having two people is nice but I’ve done it by myself several times I’ve had my cover for about nine months now and it’s beginning to get small rips from the sun. I aggressively taped them together front and back with gorilla tape and that is holding very well for now. I think, if I’m lucky I’ll get two years out of it but it was only a few hundred dollars so when it dies I’ll look around again but I’ll probably buy another one and just plan on replacing them every couple of years or so.

This is the cover I use. Sorry about it being sideways. I was lucky enough to post it like it is.

Nice cover JaycoAl. I’m so jealous. We thought about moving just so we can park our RV on our own property. Not enough room where I am now.
