2017 Pinnacle. A small crack has started at the lower front corner of the bed room slide. Has any one dealt with this and what can be done?

Your rig is not in imminent danger but it's something to follow up on. Many of these happen withing the warranty and are repaired a the factory or by a qualified third party. 40 hours of labor and 2 weeks time. Contact Jayco right away in any event, even if you are just out of warranty.

Ours was repaired at Vogt RV in Ft Worth this summer. A smaller crack has reappeared but we are pretty sure it's cosmetic and not the underlying structure which was very heavily reinforced.
