Just picked up our new 315rlts and it has the second awning. When i extend it one side (the left) is much lower than the other. For those that have it is this normal.

John, there are adjustments for the arms. It's a little spring loaded pin that you can push in and slide the arms. If you don't want one side lower than the other you should have both sides in the same hole. If I recall there are about six different holes to choose from. Check it out.
