Cross country trip was flawless

We left on July 2nd on a 17 day trip from Louisiana to Minnesota. This was our first long trip in the new camper. Went through 10 states...stops along the way included Vicksburg, Memphis, St Louis, Wisconsin Dells, Minnesota, Kansas and on down to Ponca city, Oklahoma to see our son that is working a summer internship. Saw some beautiful places along the way. Our favorite place (as of now) was Bull Shoals state park on the white river in Arkansas. The polar vortex sent some cool weather just as we were getting there that made the 4 day stay that much more enjoyable. We left the camper hooked up at two campgrounds as we were only staying the night and leaving early the next morning. The rest of the time we unhooked from the TV. We have the 4 point leveleg leveling system on this camper and I would recommend this system to anyone looking at a new camper. It makes it so easy leveling the camper front to back and side to side. We drove 3455 miles without any problems or traffic jams. Of those miles, only about 300 were on interstates. This made for a more enjoyable ride. We are loving our retirement and look forward to more trips.

Sounds like a nice trip and great way to spend your retirement. We are leaving in 5 days for our first long trip in our new TT. Plan to drive to the East coast of Canada which should be about 7000 Km round trip.
